An employee who allegedly sodomised his boss' eight-year-old child has been arraigned before the courts.
Tawanda Mugodhi, 18, of Waterfalls, appeared at the Harare Magistrates' Courts charged with aggravated indecent assault.
He was advised to approach the High Court for bail and will appear in court on October 28, 2024, for routine remand.
The State alleges that sometime this year Mugodhi went to the complainant's house and went to bed with the juvenile.
The court heard that whilst the complainant was asleep, Mugodhi removed his clothes.
It is alleged that Mugodhi threatened the complainant that if he told anyone about it he had a knife with green poison on it and would use it on the complainant.
Mugodhi continued with the act on different occasions.
The matter came to light when the complainant told their house helper who went on to tell the complainant's parents.
