Nonkululeko Zandile Ndlovu, affectionately known as "Zaza the Zazalicious One," is a shining star in Zimbabwe's media and advocacy landscape. With over 22 years of experience, Zandile's versatility and dedication have left an indelible mark on the industries she's touched.

"A true leader, driven by passion and purpose," Zandile's journey began in the banking sector, where her financial expertise and leadership skills shone. Her work in treasury operations showcased her acumen, propelling her into a pivotal role as Operations Manager for Media Monitoring Africa in South Africa.

"Mobilizing resources and working collaboratively...was not just about spreading awareness; it was about reaching people in their most vulnerable moments and advocating for their health and rights." Zandile's commitment to Sexual Reproductive Health and gender equality has been unwavering.

As a broadcaster, Zandile's vibrant presence on radio and television inspired audiences nationwide. Hosting engaging shows on ZiFM, Star FM, and Power FM, she connected with diverse audiences. On television, she served as a current affairs producer, presenter, and news anchor for the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC).

"My mission is to empower through storytelling and to use the platforms I have to champion the causes I believe in deeply." Zandile's entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish BrandZa Communications, producing documentaries for government and corporate clients.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Zandile coordinated the COVID-19 GBV & SRHR National Publicity Outreach and Awareness Campaign, working alongside Zimbabwe's Ministry of Information, Publicity, and Broadcasting Services, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Women Affairs, and international partners.

"True progress happens when we ensure that everyone—especially women—has access to the resources and support they need to thrive." Zandile's advocacy has reached countless communities through partnerships with organizations like Perch Media Trust, Adult Rape Clinic, Katswe Sistahood, and the Women’s Action Group Zimbabwe.

With her extensive experience, multilingual skills, and passion for advocacy, Nonkululeko Zandile Ndlovu embodies the qualities of a creative, resourceful leader and diplomacy practitioner.

Zandile's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Solusi University and a Master of Science in International Trade and Diplomacy from the University of Zimbabwe. Her language skills in French and Portuguese and capabilities in project management and grant acquisition empower her to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
