The stage is set at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium for the opening Test match between Bangladesh and Zimbabwe, with both teams looking to draw first blood in what promises to be a hard-fought series. The match kicks off tomorrow at 6:00 AM Zimbabwe time, and anticipation is steadily building among fans and players alike.

Both captains are eyeing the coveted trophy, and the mood in Sylhet is charged with excitement as the players make their final preparations. After two long travel days, the Zimbabwean squad finally got the chance to stretch their legs and get into rhythm. A high-energy training session yesterday helped the players shake off the fatigue and get into match mode, with the warm-up routines bringing plenty of intensity and focus.

However, today's training began with a bit of a hiccup as rain showers in Sylhet delayed the start. Despite the interruption, spirits in the camp remained upbeat. Players and coaching staff made the most of the window once the weather cleared, getting back on the field to fine-tune their game ahead of the big day.

With final preparations now complete, all eyes turn to tomorrow’s opening ball. Two captains. One trophy. And a series that promises thrilling Test cricket from the very first session.
