This was the message many Zimbabweans received from their banks over the past hours to explain delays in payments, transfers, and other transactions
The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe has since confirmed a major technical glitch on its network, saying “most systems” were down, disrupting services across financial institutions.
RBZ assured the public it is working to restore full functionality and promised updates as the situation evolves.
