Zimbabwe School Examinations Council has said it will release Advanced Level 2022 results today at 12 noon.
Zimsec spokesperson, Nicky Dhlamini confirmed the development to Zim Now saying that the board is announcing the results later today.
However, credibility of examinations in the country have been compromised following reports that 590 people were arrested over examination paper leaks involving the 2022 Ordinary Level examinations.
Zimsec told Parliament last year that about 590 suspects were caught cheating while sitting for November 2022 Ordinary and Advanced Level final examinations.
Government localised public school examinations in the late 1990s after scrapping the Cambridge examination system.
Some teachers’ unions have suggested that the 2022 examinations should be nullified given the numerous incidents of cheating and paper leaks that dogged the 2022 examination session.
