A 17 year old Hamilton High School pupil has appeared in court on murder charges arising from the fatal stabbing of a Founders High School learner.

The police initially named two Hamilton learners as persons of interest in the matter and have since zeroed in on one suspect.
The state is alleging that the accused stabbed the late Wayne Ndlovu with a three-star Okapi knife in the neck during a fight at the corner of Evesham Road and Plumtree Road.
