Interfruit Director Michael Shongwe Ndoro has laid a complaint against his ex-wife Precious Star Jenami for violation of a court order after she has dragged him to court 14 times in spite of an existing barring order.

Ndoro said Jemina has continued to harass him and his partner even after she was ordered to stop instituting legal proceedings against him by Justice Chirawu-Mugomba.

“I write to register my complaint against vexatious litigant Precious Star Jenami regarding the manner in which she has sought to abuse the justice system using certain malcontents within the National Prosecution Authority and corrupt private media reporters in the above referenced matters.

“Since this order, Jenami has taken me to court at least 14 times. I have appeared in the Goromonzi Magistrates’ Court at least four times. I have appeared in the Marondera court at least twice. I have appeared in the domestic violence court at least twice.

“I have appeared in the Supreme Court at least once and I have appeared in the magistrates’ court at Rotten Row every month since September 2022.

“I seek a review of this case by your office to determine its legal standing and the violation or contempt of court position that I am highlighting,” he said.

Ndoro added that on February 6, he received a summons to appear in court on March 3 in the Goromonzi court for domestic violence, which was later transferred to Marondera court.

He also added that Jenami’s actions have been aided by malcontents in the justice system who are bent on rent seeking behaviour for their personal gains.

Meanwhile, Ndoro revealed that his ex-wife had unlawfully broken into his factory at his residence with armed thugs in July 2022.

He divorced his ex-wife in November 2019 under Justice Webster Chinamhora.

He recently testified against his ex-wife in a case in which he accuses her of embezzling money and stealing from their marital business after transferring money into her personal account.
