Archieford Gutu’s whereabouts unknown

Former Dynamos player Archieford “Uche” Gutu’s whereabouts are unknown following his trip of shame to Dubai with 17 young footballers who have been promised lucrative football deals from overseas clubs.

Gutu travelled with the boys in April but all was not rosy as was promised before by Uche and his wife.

Some of the parents have sent SOS to well-wishers and a Zimbabwean based in Dubai offered accommodation to the young boys.

Gutu gave the passports of the boys as surety to the hotel after they had accumulated a huge debt.

Reports from Dubai suggest that Gutu took advantage when the boys were being moved to well-wishers offered accommodation and disappeared into thin air and efforts to locate him are hitting a brick wall.

Gutu recently send an apology to the parents and guardians of the boys.

His wife is not aware of Gutu’s whereabouts and she is also stranded with a newly-born baby in Dubai.
