A woman accused of the unlawful possession of dangerous drugs has appeared before the magistrate court, Marehwanazvo Gofa.
The State, represented by Pardon Dziva, alleges that on September 26, 2023, detectives from the CID Drugs and Narcotics unit in Harare received a tip-from an informant that Shamiso Zuze, who lives in the Borrowdale Race Course Squatter Camp, was dealing in Crystal meth.
Detectives approached Shamiso at the given address where they conducted a search, leading to the seizure of three satchets of Crystal meth. The seized drugs were tested and confirmed to be worth ZW$50 000.
The discovery led to her arrest, and bail has been denied.
