Radar Properties recently won Best Mixed-Use Development and Best Development Marketing in Zimbabwe at the International Property Awards- Africa region.
The Real Estate company also got the Five Star Award and are set for global leg of the awards to take place at the House of Lords in London in January, 2023.
Radar Holdings Limited group finance director Walter Zimunya said the award speaks to the quality that the company is pushing in terms of the development at Kings City.

“The outlook is to continue to create a new standard for real estate in the country that matches international criteria and competes at the same level, which assures investors and customers alike high property values and long-term returns,” Walter said.
The IPA awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals form around the globe. It celebrates the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
Awards are split into regions that is Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA
To qualify for the awards, companies are expected to pay a certain amount of money depending on the category and the number of categories they enter.
IPA has three entry packs for submissions that is the Standard, Enhanced and the Enhanced Plus.
The Standard caters for category registration for one project or company costing of £630.
Enhanced entry pack cost £1,095 which registers for one project or company including quarter page advert in print and digital edition of International Property and Travel Magazine
Enhanced Plus which cost £2,500 add one Enhanced Plus category registration to your basket for one project or company and add another one for free. You also get one full page advert in print and digital edition of International Property and Travel Magazine
