Woman gives hubby contacts of her three lovers so he can get lessons on bedroom proficiency

A Harare man was granted a peace order against his wife after telling the court that she is an abusive woman who hides his ARVS and brags about the sexual prowess of her lovers compared to her husband.

Tobias Ranganai and Christin Mutara counter sued each other at the Harare Civil Court with both parties alleging assault and abuse against each other.

Their cases were heard together with Mutara addressing the court first.

Mutara told the court that Ranganai routinely insults and assaults her and that he was trying to evict her from their matrimonial home.

Mutara accused Ranganai’s mother of being the monster-in-law from hell who moved in a few months ago and exacerbated a bad situation into a total disaster.

"He assaults me whilst am naked your Honor. He is trying to evict me from our home saying he wants to live with his mother and his second wife.

They took everything l have, l have been surviving on takeaways up until now," she said.

In his joint outline and defense, Tobias Ranganai denied Mutara's claims saying she is the abusive party and lacks compassion.

"She is the one who assaults me with her relatives. For the past three years, her mother and two brothers have been assaulting me," he said.

Ranganai said he had three-hour long recordings of Mutara mocking and insulting his ailing mother as Mutara does not want the unwell woman living with them.

"She said my mother got disabled because of eating human flesh. I do not have another wife," he said.

Ranganai told the court that his wife openly bragged about her infidelity.

"She said she has three boyfriends and gave me the numbers, saying talk to real men, these are real men. They can give you lessons on sex, because you do not know how to do it," he said.

Panganai said Mutara endangers his life by hiding his ARVs.

"She hides my pills Your Honor," he said.

Christin Mutara in her rebuttal said she did not assault Panganai.

"I do not even have the strength, Honor," she said.

The magistrate ordered Christina Mutara not to insult, assault or in any other way harass Panganai. Mutara was also ordered not to hide Panganai’s medication.
