Oxprop aims to complement govt efforts in provision of housing

Oxprop Properties have plans to construct modern class residential properties in the country in as a way of supporting the government in the provision of housing in urban areas.

In an interview with Zim Now, Oxprop Properties Operations Director, Michael Swan said they have massive projects that they are working on, which will be launched soon.

“In the pipeline, we have future massive projects which include, thousands of residential stands as well as modern apartments, schools, churches, industrial and commercial centres which we aim to launch soon as we rally behind the President’s vision and to play our role as a private player in supporting our economy in the Zimbabwean property development sector.”

He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Ministry of National Housing and Social Amenities, the Ministry of Local Government and Public Works and the City of Harare for their support that keeps them moving forwards in a positive direction.

Swan said to curb the issue of densifying the city, building upwards helps to fully utilise the land resources, while reaching the highest quality of living standards.
