Ariston Holdings Limited has announced changes to its executive leadership following the resignation of its Group Chief Executive Officer and the appointment of a new CEO, a move the company says is intended to reinforce operational continuity and strategic growth.

In a notice to shareholders dated April 15, 2026, the company confirmed that the leadership transition took effect earlier this month after board approval.

“The Board of Directors of Ariston Holdings Limited hereby announces that Mr Leon Nortier has tendered his notice to cease his role as Chief Executive Officer effective 1 April 2026,” the company said in the statement.

According to the notice, the outgoing CEO stepped down to pursue other opportunities, bringing an end to his tenure at the agricultural group.

“The Board extends its appreciation to Mr Nortier for his contribution to the Group and wishes him success in his future endeavours,” the company added.

At the same time, Ariston confirmed the appointment of a new chief executive, signalling a new phase for the company’s leadership.

“The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Farai Madziva as Chief Executive Officer of Ariston Holdings Limited with full executive mandate, effective 1 April 2026,” the notice said.

The company expressed confidence that the transition would support business stability and long-term objectives.
