Former Zengeza West lawmaker Job Sikhala sentence has been stalled to February 7.

Sikhala appeared before magistrate Feresi Chakanyuka accused of communicating falsehoods in July 2020.

Sikhala was arrested on June 14, 2022 and has spent over 600 days in remand prison.

The former Zengeza West legislator, however, is coming back to court at 2.15pm today for sentence in another case, in which he is being accused of inciting public violence in the Nyatsime area of Chitungwiza.
