Former Vice President Phekezela Mphoko’s son, Siqokoqela, was yesterday sentenced to an effective 20 years in jail for raping a relative.
Mphoko raped the minor three times.
Bulawayo Regional Magistrate Elijah Singano, in passing sentence, noted that Mphoko had threatened the minor victim with death when he forced himself on her.
