Fresh off a season-opening victory against Manica Diamonds, Simba Bhora Go Buju Go captain, Walter Musona, is brimming with confidence. The veteran forward believes his team has the potential to challenge for the 2024 PSL championship.

Musona, a decorated player with a successful national team career, recently joined the ambitious Shamva-based club. His leadership and experience are seen as crucial for Simba Bhora’s title aspirations.

Following their opening match win at Sakubva Stadium, Musona expressed his optimism: “We have a strong team, and I believe we can achieve great things this season. The win against Manica Diamonds is a positive start, and it sets the tone for what we hope to accomplish.”

Simba Bhora, nicknamed “Go Buju Go,” entered the Premiership last season with high expectations after a significant player recruitment drive. Musona’s signing further bolsters their attack, alongside acquisitions like Billy Veremu and Junior Makunike.
