SADC launches a new regional strategy to strengthen communication & transparency

 

 

SADC recently announced the launch of the “Communication, Awareness, and Visibility Strategy 2025–2030,” unveiled in November.

The plan aims to revamp how the bloc engages citizens across all 16 member states, promoting regional identity, institutional transparency, and inclusive communication. 
For many Southern Africans, this could gradually shift how SADC programs, from trade deals to social development, are communicated, potentially making integration more inclusive and clearer at local levels.
