Leonard Luwande of Goromonzi District, appeared before magistrate Apollonia Marutya at the Harare Magistrates' courts accused of theft of trust property.
The state through Public Prosecutor Thomas Chanakira is alleging that, on June 13, 2024, at around 1011 hours, in Eastlea, Luwande collected US$40 000 from Starluck on behalf of Sino Truck which he failed to handover.
Luwande was granted a US$100 bail and will appear in court on August 7, 2024 pending finalisation of investigations.
