“We specialise in West African cuisine, with a fusion of African and European cultural dishes,” explains Daniel Shez. “Our dishes are unique, drawing from a rich history and the West African tradition of combining ingredients with contrasting flavors. Ingredients that might not be similar come together in aromatic, delicious harmony.”
“Firstly, we’re friendly and personable to everyone who comes in. Secondly, we offer unique menu options that aren’t available anywhere else in the country. That alone will separate us from the competition,” said the manager.
