A 32-year-old man accused of desecrating graves by removing buried bodies and disposing of them in a dam has appeared in court.
Tinashe Chiguma was arraigned at the Harare Magistrates' Courts facing charges of violating corpses and graves.
The State alleges that Chiguma exhumed the bodies of buried individuals and dumped them in a dam.
He also reportedly removed skeletal remains from graves and hid them in a nearby bush.
Chiguma was remanded in custody, and the matter will proceed in due course.
