Scottland FC make statement with Billiat capture

Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League newbies Scottland FC have pulled off a major coup by signing star forward Khama Billiat.

Billiat, who spent last season with Yadah after returning from a stint in South Africa, joins Scottland FC on the back of an impressive individual campaign that saw him linked with several top-flight teams.

The signing is a major statement of intent from Scottland FC, who are bankrolled by Member of Parliament Pedzisayi 'Scott' Sakupwanya. The club has been making waves in the offseason, and the capture of Billiat is undoubtedly their biggest splash yet.

But Billiat isn't the only big-name signing to join Scottland FC's ranks. The club has also secured the services of 2024 Soccer Star of the Year Walter Musona, who joins from reigning Zimbabwe champions Simba Bhora.

Musona's signing was seen as a major coup for Scottland FC, and the addition of Billiat takes their squad to the next level. With these two stars on board, Scottland FC are suddenly looking like serious contenders for the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League title.

"Khama is an exceptional talent, and we're thrilled to have him on board," said Scottland FC chairman Pedzisayi Sakupwanya. "We're building a team that can compete with the best in the country, and Khama is a key part of that puzzle."

Billiat, who has been capped by Zimbabwe at international level, is expected to make his debut for Scottland FC when the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League kicks off in March
