The Zimbabwe Investment and Development Agency (ZIDA) is opening doors to high-impact investment opportunities aimed at addressing urban housing shortages, stimulating tourism, and positioning Zimbabwe as a leader in high-tech agriculture.

With a combined project value exceeding US$100 million, ZIDA is actively facilitating opportunities across real estate, tourism, and agriculture.

One Harare project has government seeking investors to redevelop three dilapidated structures, replacing them with modern 10-story blocks comprising 300 residential units.

"This project will directly support urban regeneration goals outlined in the National Development Strategy 1," said Engineer Theodius Chinyanga, Secretary for National Housing and Social Amenities.

The other three projects comprise residential apartments construction in Harare, hotel development in Midlands and an agro industrial park in Goromonzi.
