In a world where Christianity continuously adapts to societal changes, Tafadzwa Adrian Chidzedzedze, widely known as Wiseman Cee, stands as a beacon of modern-day faith, wisdom, and leadership.

As the Visionary of Revival Victory International Church and the Panobudika Chete Prayer Movement, his mission is clear: “to bring God’s word to all nations, equip believers, and lead a spirit-filled community.”

Wiseman Cee’s journey in ministry was shaped by his upbringing. He was the last-born in a family of three boys and was raised by his grandparents after losing his mother at the age of eight.

His grandfather, a Reverend at St. James Anglican Church, played a pivotal role in his spiritual formation much like the biblical Eli, Samuel relationship, serving under his guidance for the greater part of his childhood years.

“Most of my time was spent in church, being a personal server to my grandfather, just as Samuel did to Eli in the Bible,” he recalls. He attended Batanai Primary School in Mabvuku before proceeding to Murewa High School for his secondary education.

However, his journey was not without its struggles. At 16, he lost his grandfather, which led him into a season of backsliding due to the pressures of teenage life. But in 2016, his faith was rekindled when he encountered Prophet T.B. Bondera.

“After hearing him preach, I chose to give my life back to Jesus Christ,” he shares.

His encounter with Prophet Bondera the turning point that set him on the path of intense prayer and fasting. His divine calling came during a 100-day period of intense prayer and fasting, while he was still a Senior Pastor at his former church.

“I received confirmation from prophetic words spoken by respected leaders in the church circle,” he says.

Guided by Prophet Dr. T.B. Bondera and Apostle Chigwida, he learned the importance of humility, church planting, and leadership development. “They mentored me not only in preaching but in spiritual discernment and prayer. Their faithfulness and perseverance shaped how I approach ministry today,” he explains.

His relationship with God has deepened over time. “Early on, I relied heavily on the foundational truths of Scripture, but as I matured, I developed a deeper understanding of God’s heart for his people.

"Through trials, I have learned to trust him more fully, and now my relationship with him is more intimate, marked by prayer, worship, and a commitment to fulfilling his will on earth,” he reflects.

His ministry is characterized by a passionate commitment to discipleship, outreach, and spiritual growth. Wiseman Cee’s vision is to “raise a generation of believers who walk in the fullness of God's power and wisdom.”

His mission is to “preach the Gospel, make disciples, plant churches, and equip leaders to transform the world with the love and truth of Jesus Christ.” However, ministry work comes with its own trials.

“Financial struggles, opposition from the world, and personal discouragement are part of the journey. The key to overcoming these challenges is staying grounded in prayer, trusting God’s provision, and surrounding myself with a strong support network of believers. Challenges are opportunities for growth, and God's grace is always sufficient,” he states.

Balancing ministry and family life is also a priority for him. “I make sure to prioritize quality time with my family and remain committed to my personal walk with God. A strong spiritual leader should model a balanced life, ensuring that their family knows they are the first ministry after God,” he emphasizes.

Wiseman Cee believes in the power of miracles, signs, and wonders as part of God’s work in the modern church and he embraces the supernatural as a manifestation of the Kingdom of God.

“They confirm the truth of the Gospel and show the power of God working among us. They are expressions of His love and compassion and build faith in the hearts of those who experience them,” he says, referencing Acts 14:3.

Discipleship is at the core of his ministry. “We invest in future leaders through mentorship, training programs, and providing opportunities for them to serve in various areas of ministry. We emphasize the importance of living out the Gospel, developing character, and understanding the responsibilities of leadership.

We raise leaders by modeling leadership, equipping them with knowledge, and giving them real-world ministry experience,” he explains.

For Wiseman Cee, a true Wiseman in the church is “someone who is deeply rooted in Scripture and who operates in the wisdom of God. A Wiseman leads with discernment, offers counsel rooted in truth, and helps guide others in making wise decisions that align with God’s will. In today’s world, we need leaders who can navigate life by God's wisdom.”

He actively collaborates with different ministers of the Gospel, emphasizing that despite doctrinal differences, believers share a common faith in Christ. He sees the modern-day church requiring leaders rooted in Scripture, guided by divine wisdom, and bold in preaching the Gospel with love and truth.

He is a firm believer in the unity of the body of Christ, despite denominational differences.

When addressing controversial theological topics, he approaches them with humility and a commitment to the truth of God’s Word, seeking guidance through prayer and study, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit to lead in addressing these issues.

Beyond the pulpit, he is actively involved in community outreach. His ministry addresses social issues such as youth empowerment and drug abuse through initiatives like free counseling and mentorship programs.

He has established the Panobudika Chete Foundation, which is still in the process of securing financial partners. “Our goal is not only to meet physical needs but also to provide spiritual nourishment through discipleship and prayer,” he shares.

His vision extends beyond Zimbabwe. “My vision for global evangelism is to see churches planted in unreachable areas, spreading the Gospel through media, missions, and community outreach,” he envisions, believing in leveraging technology.

He is also in the process of completing his first book, "The Art of Prayer", along with a series of teachings on prayer and biblical wisdom. “These resources are meant to help believers grow deeper in their faith and prayer life,” he notes.

Several Bible verses have shaped his ministry, including Jeremiah 29:11, which reminds him of God’s plans for His people, and Matthew 16:18, which gives him faith and boldness in his calling.

To aspiring ministers, he advises: “Firstly, learn to serve God wholeheartedly under a spiritual mentor. It took me eight years of serving under a mentor before I was released to stand on my own. Secondly, always seek God’s confirmation from His generals.”

He also emphasizes the importance of spiritual renewal. “Staying spiritually refreshed requires personal time with God, regular retreats—especially going to prayer mountains and leaning on a strong support system. Ministry can be demanding, but taking care of your soul is essential to avoid burnout,” he shares.

Wiseman Cee embodies the essence of modern-day Christianity, blending traditional biblical principles with contemporary leadership and outreach strategies.

His unwavering faith, commitment to unity, and focus on raising spirit-filled leaders make him a key figure in the evolving landscape of Christian ministry.

Through teaching, mentorship, and community impact, he remains a guiding light for believers seeking to grow in faith and wisdom.
