At just 22, Tania has become a force to be reckoned with in Harare’s music scene.

Breaking barriers in a male-dominated industry, she is steadily making a name for herself, spinning decks at birthdays, weddings, and some of the city’s hottest clubs.

Her versatility and passion for music have earned her recognition, but she acknowledges the challenges of being a female DJ.

"It's hard for a woman to be easily recognized. Everything is expected to be dominated by men," she reflects. However, as the world celebrates National Women’s Month, Tania embraces the appreciation. "We feel so special to be recognized," she adds.

Her journey has been shaped by DJ Wessy, a seasoned DJ who took her under his wing.

"I want to thank DJ Wessy for being patient with me. Now, I'm his product," she says, crediting him for her growth in the industry.

Throughout her career, she has worked with notable artists like Hwinza, Young Fantan, and ZimPobga, among many others.

Beyond music, Tania is also an entrepreneur. She owns a clothing boutique specializing in female fashion, proving that her ambition extends beyond the DJ booth.

As she continues to rise, Tania remains an inspiration for young women looking to carve out their own space in male-dominated industries.

With her talent and determination, she is poised to leave a lasting mark on the music scene.
