A 25-year-old woman allegedly turned violent during an altercation, stabbing a 15-year-old and leaving the teenager with multiple injuries.
Noriet Muchingami, of Western Triangle, Highfield, appeared before magistrate Donald Ndirowei at the Harare Magistrates’ Courts facing attempted murder charges. She was remanded in custody.
Prosecutors allege that on August 28, around 3:50 pm, the complainant had an altercation with Muchingami in Western Triangle, Highfield.
During the dispute, Muchingami allegedly drew a knife and stabbed the complainant once on the right finger, once near the right ear, and once on the back.
The injured teenager reported the matter to the police, leading to Muchingami’s arrest.
