The High Court has ordered Voedsel Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd to pay Interworld Freight (Pvt) Ltd a total of US$28,010 after the company failed to settle freight-clearing fees despite having received payment from its own clients.
The ruling, handed down on Monday 6 October 2025 by Justice Dube in Harare under case number HCH859/22, followed summons commencing action filed by Interworld Freight. The company, which acted as a clearing agent for Voedsel Enterprises’ tobacco export shipments, argued that it rendered all agreed services but was never paid.
