Zuze, Hove and Ndhlovu Light Up European Track Circuit

Zimbabwe’s 400m runners continue to impress on the European circuit, with Leeford Monya Zuze and Dennis Bradley Hove once again producing strong results in their latest race, while Thandazani Ndhlovu has maintained his remarkable form in a separate European campaign.

Zuze won the latest 400m race in 45.35 seconds, finishing ahead of fellow Zimbabwean Hove, who clocked 45.46 seconds to take second place. Algeria’s Abdennour Bendjemaa completed the top three with a time of 46.12 seconds. The result follows another dominant display by the Zimbabwean pair, who have consistently been among the leading performers at the meetings in which they have competed.

Zuze’s latest performance comes as part of his European tour, where he has been gaining valuable experience competing against international athletes. Speaking to ZimNow, Zuze said the opportunity to race in Europe has been an important step in his development.

“My experience here in Europe has been amazing. Competing against different athletes from different countries has helped me understand the level of competition at this stage. I am learning a lot from every race and every environment. I am grateful for the opportunity, and I will continue working hard to improve in my upcoming races,” Zuze said.
