Herentals coach Kumbirai Mutiwekuziva yesterday threw jabs to Dynamos gaffer Herbert Maruwa for his complaints against time-wasting.
Mutiwekuziva argued that the teams play same the minutes and if those who feel that they have been robbed of playing minutes should utilise the time they are all given.
“I have heard him saying that several times whenever they drew or drop points. I don’t know why, but the minutes we play are the same, why can’t they win in those minutes if they are good enough?” Mutiwekuziva questioned.
Dynamos and Herentals drew nil-all in a match played yesterday at the giants National Sports Stadium, a result which has frustrated DeMbare’s bid to chase the tittle but however, Maruwa believes his charges are still in the race.
“I think in the first half, we did very well in the exchanges, even from the first line to the second line, but the third line; the cutting edge wasn’t good. In the second half when we made some changes, there was some bit of urgency,” said the DeMbare gaffer.
“The good thing is we are going to play 34 games, this one is gone and we have to quickly forget about it, we have to focus on our next game,” he added.
