Apostolic Faith Mission in Zimbabwe Church General Secretary, Overseer Stewart Ganyau has died.
In a terse response to a Zim Now inquiry, AFM in Zimbabwe president Bishop Amon Madawo confirmed the sad news, saying: “For now we are mourning baba. I don’t have a story.”
Overseer Ganyau reportedly attended the General National Council meeting of the church last night.
He is said to have died last night.
A funeral announcement in AFM groups read: “It is with a heavy heart to announce that the AFM in Zimbabwe Secretary General (Overseer Ganyau) was promoted to glory late last night. It is being said vakasvika kumba zvakanaka vachibva ku (He was well when he arrived from the) General National Council Meeting nezuro manheru (last night) then he died during the night.
Funeral arrangements will be announced in due course.
