A man who allegedly killed another by assaulting him following a disagreement has appeared in court.
Tedias Chitsveru, 36, appeared at the Harare Magistrates’ Courts facing murder allegations.
He was ordered to appear in court on June 14.
The State alleges that on May 5, at Werras Park, Glen View 1, Harare, Chitsveru assaulted the complainant twice with open hands after a misunderstanding during a beer-drinking spree.
The court heard that the now deceased later passed on May 19.
The alleged cause of death was said to be a blood clot that was reportedly sustained from the assault.
