The Law Society of Zimbabwe has warned the public from seeking legal assistance from Doreen Vundla-Phulu and Brighton Ndove who were deregistered on April 3, 2024 and December 25, 2023 respectively.

“Notice is hereby given that the underlisted legal practitioners were deregistered. Accordingly, they are no longer entitled to do any legal work on behalf of the public. Members of the public are warned from engaging them to do any legal services on their behalf.

"Furthermore, those persons who are owed money by Vundla-Phulu are advised to approach the curator Mr V Majoko of Majoko and Majoko Legal Practitioners situated at first floor, Triumphant House, 111a J. Tongogara Street between 11th and 12th Avenue, Bulawayo.

“Those who are owed money by Mr Brighton Ndove are advised to approach the curator Mr Job Sibanda of Job Sibanda and Associates situated at third floor, East wing, Forestry Commission Building, 71 Fife Street, Bulawayo,” LSZ said in a statement.

The society has also warned the public that one Tungamirai Nyengera is still registered, however, he has not renewed his practising certificate with LSZ for 2024 and he is therefore not entitled to offer legal services to clients.
