Dynamos head coach Soul Chaminuka remains upbeat ahead of tomorrow’s crucial clash against Bikita Minerals, despite mounting criticism since his appointment.

The upcoming fixture offers Chaminuka a chance to secure his first victory at the helm—and potentially deliver Dynamos’ first away win of the season.

“We want our first win since my coming, and I think it probably will be our first away win,”  said Chaminuka, underlining his determination to turn the team’s fortunes around.

Chaminuka took over from Mablanyo on May 13, 2025, inheriting a side languishing in 16th place with just eight points from 11 matches. The club’s poor run has fueled frustration among supporters and intensified scrutiny of the team’s direction.

Addressing his tactical approach, Chaminuka emphasised a shift in style. “We are going to Bikita and we are going to play an attacking kind of football,” he said, signaling a more aggressive strategy.

Despite the criticism surrounding his early tenure, Chaminuka remains focused on the task ahead.

“We have prepared well, and our target as a team is that we score at least more than once—and that should start this weekend,”
he declared confidently.
