A 32-year-old man who allegedly raped a 12 year old juvenile has been.
A 32-year-old man, Rapheal Muronda, of Epworth, appeared at the Harare Magistrate's Courts charged with rape.
Muronda has been remanded to September 5, 2024 for raping a 12-year-old juvenile.
The State alleges that on August 2 2024, in Overspill, Epworth, Muronda grabbed the complainant's hand and pulled her toward him.
He allegedly tied her mouth with a white t-shirt and lifted her skirt.
It is alleged that Muronda removed the complainant's skirt and had unprotected sexual intercourse with her.
