The Harare City Council has launched a mobile application – TauraHarare –to improve service delivery and efficiency.
“The application) will be accessible on mobile phones, and ratepayers and residents will be able to access it right in the comfort of their homes,” said Harare mayor Jacob Mafume.
“It will make it easier for residents, as they will now be able to inquire or pay bills using the mobile application wherever they are, around the globe.
TauraHarare will serve to keep HCC clients and stakeholders up to date with the municipality’s activities, events and latest news.
