A Glen View man has landed in trouble after police allegedly recovered dangerous drugs and unregistered medicines worth more than US$6 000 from a commuter omnibus and his home during a drug raid in Harare.
Tinashe Chitsva (30) was arrested following investigations into suspected drug dealing activities in the Glen View area.
Police reportedly received information that Chitsva was involved in the sale of dangerous drugs from his residence in Tanaka Riverside. After failing to locate him at the address, investigators made inquiries and were allegedly directed to Tanaka Shopping Centre, where he was said to be operating from a black-and-white Toyota Hiace commuter omnibus.
Upon arriving at the shopping centre, police allegedly found Chitsva inside the vehicle, which they suspect was being used as a distribution point for drugs and unregistered medicines.
