FC Platinum have appointed former Zimbabwe international Onismor Bhasera as the club’s new assistant coach.
Bhasera joins the Platinum Boys with extensive playing and coaching experience, having represented clubs in Zimbabwe, South Africa and England during his playing career. He also earned international caps for Zimbabwe.
The former defender has previously served on the technical teams of South African Premiership clubs Siwelele FC and SuperSport United.
He will work alongside FC Platinum head coach Thabo Senong as the club looks to strengthen its technical team and continue developing its squad.

“Bhasera joins Pure Platinum Play bringing with him a wealth of experience from a distinguished playing and coaching career,” FC Platinum said in a statement.
The appointment sees Bhasera replace Reneilwe “Yeye” Letsholonyane, who has left the club to take up a head coaching position in Botswana.
FC Platinum thanked Letsholonyane for his contribution during his time at the club and wished him success in his new role.
The club said Bhasera’s experience, leadership and understanding of the game would add depth to the technical team as they pursue their ambitions.
