Kambucha Mbare soccer tourney aims to deal with idleness

Kambucha Fresh Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd in partnership with the Mbare Soccer Social Zone, is today hosting a football tournament in Mbare.

The aim of the tournament is to rally young people together and get them away from idleness and educate them on social ills.

Kamucha Fresh Ambassador Tawanda Mumanyi, aka Seh Calaz, said the soccer tournament will not only take away youth from drugs but also identify talent.

“Kambucha has given us a chance to get together through soccer and to come up with ideas on how to stop drug abuse by young people.

“There will be soccer, netball Under 14 will battle it out to get prizes. Giving back to the community has been our priority since 2010. Come let’s unite, through music and sports. Once again, thank you Mbare Unity Social Soccer Zone, players and the residents who have allowed us to host this programme in your area,” he said.

On Thursday, Sunshine will play against Sevilla, David House versus Docca Juniors, Black Jackers vs Warriors, 3 Arts vs Sweet corner and on Friday the Dinky Doggz will take on One on One while Yalanation FC play against Kambucha FC, the Jexious play against New Lines Stars and Florentina will pay against Real Madrid.
