Jah Prayzah to headline Vic Falls Carnival

Mukudzei Mukombe, aka Jah Prayzah, will headline the 11th edition of the Victoria Falls Carnival to be held at the Elephant Hills Resort from April 28-30.

The Carnival is Africa’s biggest celebration of diversity in music, arts and culture.

The organisers of the carnival said they were excited to have Jah Prayzah on the lie-up.

“The announcement many of you have been waiting for is here. Master of the mbira and MTV award-winning artist, Jah Prayzah will be gracing the Main stage at the Vic Falls Carnival 2023.

“His music is a fusion of Zimbabwean traditional music, mbira and afro-beats. He has eleven albums to his name, with a song off his latest offering Gwara being play-listed by Apple Music under their Africa Now playlist.

“We can’t wait to be enchanted by you mukoma, the organisers said.

Jah Prayzah joins other international artists such as Dj Black Coffee (South Africa), Dj Lerato Kganyago (SA), Black Motion (SA), Oskid (SA), Dj Rimo, Anita Jaxson, Mafikizolo (South Africa), Makoomba, Flying Bantu and Enzo Ishall.

Early birds' special tickets are currently at US$50 while the VIP tickets are US$260.

The Victoria Falls Carnival is considered t be the biggest party of the year in Africa. It offers party goers an explosion of both local and international artists.
