Zimplow Holdings Limited, has announced plans to delist from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and list in the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange.
“The directors of Zimplow Holdings Limited wish to advise all shareholders and the investing public that the board has approved the delisting of the company from the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, immediately followed by its listing on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (the “Transaction”),” said group company secretary Mrs Sharon Manangazira in a cautionary statement to shareholders dated May 4, 2023.

Manangazira said further details of the transaction will be issued in due process when all regulatory processes have been finalised.
Zimplow which has diversified interests, recently announced acquisition of Barloworld’s shares in Barzem, the local Caterpillar distributor.
Established in 2020, the VFEX has had a slow start with Seedco being the only listed entity for a while.
The ZSE subsidiary is now attracting more Zimbabwean entities seeking to attract forex capital from international investors. Figures jumped up 150% from 4 issuers in June 2022 to 10 by the end of Q1 2023 with more entities lined up for migration from ZSE.
