The fight between the ousted Zimbabwe Football Association board led by Felton Kamambo and the Sports and Recreation Commission has impacted heavily on the rankings recently published.

The standoff subsequently earned the country a suspension and for the past couple of years, the Warriors have remained barred from participating in any assignments.

According to the latest FIFA rankings released April, Zimbabwe sits at the bottom end of the ladder at Number 184.

At the top is Argentina, the current holders of the World Cup and France, Brazil, Belgium and England follow in that order.

The top teams from Africa are Morocco at Number 11 and Senegal at 18th position.

Eswatini, Lesotho, Botswana and Zimbabwe are the worst performing nations.
