19 nabbed at sex party

Nineteen college students and the caretaker of a house that was set to be the venue of a sex party in Dzivaresekwa, Harare, were arrested on yesterday evening.

Police said they busted the sex party, also referred to as vuzu parties, just before it started and seized several bottles of alcohol, wines, condoms and shisha.

In a statement, the Zimbabwe Republic Police said: “The ZRP confirms that a raid has been conducted at a sex party at number 153, Nehanda, Dzivaresekwa Extension, where some students from Corridors of Hope College and others from neighbouring schools were about to start the party.

Nineteen students and the caretaker of the house, Pride Nyamugafata, were been arrested.

Vuzu parties have been very popular with students in Bulawayo with police busting several of them in the past. It appears though that the parties are also encroaching Harare with these arrests.

The youths who attend these parties are involved in sex orgies, alcohol and drugs among other vices.
