State withdraws unlawful entry charges against Bluffhill woman, Brenda Mabuto

A woman from Bluffhill, Harare, Brenda Mabuto, 34, who was appeared before Harare magistrate Dennis Mangosi charged with unlawful entry, along with two others, Seretina Mawere, 41, of Southlea Park and Nathan Takunda Mujeye, 24, of Eastlea, had her the case against her withdrawn before plea.

In a court record dated November 7, 2023, the State withdrew the charge before plea.

The three were being charged with unlawful entry into premises in aggravating circumstances violating Section 131(1) of the Criminal Law Codification and Reform Act, Chapter 9.23.

The complainant in the matter was Ashleen Investments Pvt Ltd.
