Results on the by-elections are expected this evening after the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission confirmed that voting started on time at 7AM at all centres.
There are eight constituencies all in the Matabeleland region.
Voters are choosing between Zanu-PF and CCC representatives approved by disputed secretary general Sengezo Tshabangu.
The Nelson Chamisa approved CCC candidates who initially won the seats on August 23 and were later recalled by Tshabangu had their names removed from the ballot papers after a court ruling.
ZEC declared Pedzisai Sakupwanya duly elected for the Mabvuku-Tafara seat after his sole rival was barred from contesting by the same ruling.
