A man who fly-kicked another during a car loading dispute has been denied bail.
Tinotenda Changamire, 19, of Westgate, appeared before magistrate Standford Mambanje at the Harare Magistrate’s Courts charged with attempted murder.
He will appear in court on March 26, for bail application.
The State, through prosecutor Lancelot Mutsokoti, alleges that on March 19, at around Leopold Takawira Street and Samora Machel Avenue, the complainant, Takawira Duri was loading passengers in a vehicle.
When the vehicle was full, Duri was given ZWL$3 000 as loading fee but this did not go down well with Changamire, who is alleged to have also loaded the car.
Changamire then fly-kicked Duri on the chest and he fell on the tarmac.
He became unconscious and was taken to Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals.
