Zimbabwean digital marketer and writer, Kudakwashe Rice has been nominated for the DSTV Content Creators Awards.
Rice is nominated under the Pan-African Creative Award alongside African creators-Charity Ekezie, Mark Angel, Uncle Mo and Tilda Harris.
The DSTV Content Creator Awards celebrate the very best African content creators and are designed to honour creators from various African countries who are making remarkable contributions to the digital space.
This year’s awards will take place on October 12 in Johannesburg.
Expressing his excitement, Rice said, “I’m excited and grateful to announce that i have been nominated for the DSTV Content Creators Award: Pan-African Creator. This is such an honour for me."
Rice is an experienced writer, digital marketer, and creative director with a passion for storytelling and brand development. With a background in both traditional and digital marketing. He has a unique perspective on crafting engaging content and creating effective storytelling strategies.
He also does a lot of creative work within the fashion space as a model, content creator, and curator for fashion showcases and exhibitions.
The multi-disciplinary artist is most known for his exploits as a poet. Even he has lost count of the spoken word performances he has delivered on stages around Zimbabwe.
He has worked with renowned artists such as Tahle weDzidza and Bryan K. He was also nominated for the Outstanding Poet at the 2022 NAMA Awards.
