The ZCTA is a prestigious event that has gained recognition as one of the biggest and most celebrated awards ceremonies in the country. Despite facing challenges, including sponsorship setbacks, the awards have consistently maintained a high standard of integrity and have become a platform for networking and showcasing talent.
The awards ceremony will feature a special guest of honor, a national icon who embodies the spirit of excellence and legacy-building. More details about the event and the nomination process will be announced soon.
The ZCTA aims to inspire others to reach their full potential by highlighting the success stories of trailblazing individuals and organizations. The awards emphasize that everyone's value lies in what others believe about them and that negative self-image can hinder a nation's progress.
Zimbabwe, like any other progressive country, is a work in progress. The ZCTA recognizes that the greatest progress often occurs during times of adversity, when challenges are transformed into opportunities. The awards celebrate the unique ability of Zimbabweans to rise above challenges and strive for excellence.
The ZCTA is committed to fostering partnerships with local and international organizations to enhance the quality of service delivery in Zimbabwe and boost various industries. The awards also provide a valuable platform for winners to network and showcase their achievements.
The ZCTA was founded in 2021 by Perfection Media (Pvt) Ltd, with shareholder Albert Masaka, to celebrate and acknowledge trailblazing individuals and organizations across all sectors in Zimbabwe. The awards are supported by a dedicated board of members, including Dr. Johannes Marisa and Tinashe Nyahwema.
