Eleven-year-old karting prodigy Seth Rukato has etched his name into Zimbabwe's sporting history by clinching the ROK Cup Zimbabwe Min ROK championship. This remarkable feat has earned him a golden ticket to represent the nation at the prestigious 2024 ROK World Super Finals in Italy.
Seth's mother, Nyasha Rukato, expressed immense pride in her son's achievement, highlighting his unwavering dedication and commitment throughout the year. "I feel extremely happy," she said. "So proud of him. He has worked so hard, and his commitment never wavered, even during practices."
Nyasha encouraged other parents to support their children's passions, emphasizing the joy and fulfilment that comes from nurturing their interests. "Our joy as parents lies in supporting our kids, so give it a try, and you'll be proud parents too," she said.
As Seth prepares for the ROK World Super Finals, he will join forces with the renowned European kart racing team, CRG Holland. This partnership will provide him with invaluable experience and opportunities to compete at the highest level.
