Dynamos secured a vital three points against Arenel in a hard-fought encounter at Barbourfields Stadium. The Glamour Boys dominated the first half, scoring twice through Emanuel Ziocha and Valentine Kadonzvo's clinical finishes.
The first goal came after a defensive error from Arenel goalkeeper Ngwenya, who allowed Ziocha to chip the ball into an empty net. The second goal was a result of Kadonzvo's individual brilliance, as he evaded the Arenel offside trap and slotted the ball past Ngwenya.
Despite Arenel's late consolation goal from Chrispen Machisi, Dynamos held on to secure the victory. The win moved them back into ninth position on the league table, while Arenel remained rooted at the bottom.
Dynamos interim coach Lloyd Chigowe praised his team's performance, highlighting their determination and resilience. Arenel coach Philani Ncube acknowledged his team's shortcomings but expressed hope for improvement in their remaining matches.
