A 31-year-old man (name withheld), of Epworth, appeared at the Harare Magistrates' Courts charged with rape.
The suspect allegedly raped his 10-year-old niece when she alone at home.
He was ordered to appear in court on December 9, 2024.
The State alleges that that on November 14, 2024, Dube went to the complainant's house and entered into the house.
The court heard that when he realised that the complainant was alone, Dube alleged pushed the complainant onto the bed and forcibly removed her pant.
He then raped her and threatened to kill her if she disclosed the matter to anyone.
