 NetOne, Zimbabwe’s premier telecommunications provider, has unveiled an exciting initiative to brighten the festive season for its subscribers. With the launch of the NetOne Recharge and Win Christmas Promotion, the company combines rewards, community impact, and festive cheer into a celebration that runs from December 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025. Designed to enhance customer experiences while fostering a sense of togetherness, this innovative campaign underscores NetOne’s commitment to its subscribers and the broader community.

 Eng. Raphael Mushanawani, NetOne’s Group Chief Executive Officer, expressed the essence of the initiative, highlighting the company’s deep connection to its customers. “At NetOne, our subscribers are more than customers—they are family. This promotion is a testament to our appreciation for their loyalty and a reflection of our commitment to bringing people together during this special season,” he said.

 The promotion is structured around two interactive components, each aimed at creating excitement and rewarding customer loyalty. The Recharge and Win $20 Airtime mechanic offers customers a chance to win $20 in airtime by recharging their accounts with at least $10 within a seven-day cycle. Every week, 100 lucky winners are randomly selected, ensuring fairness and equal opportunities for all participants. To spread the festive spirit, no individual can win more than once during the campaign.

 The second component, the Grab A Ticket Raffle, takes the festive spirit to the ground with live activations in high-traffic locations across NetOne’s five regions. Customers who recharge with $10 during the raffle week stand a chance to win exciting prizes, including solar panels, full solar kits, branded merchandise, and $20 airtime. With up to 20 winners per raffle and the excitement of an air-blown raffle machine, this mechanic adds a unique thrill to the festive season.

 Chief Commercial Officer Mr. Learnmore Musunda emphasized the strategic importance of the promotion, stating, “This initiative exemplifies our customer-first philosophy. It not only rewards loyalty but also encourages deeper engagement with our network, fostering a culture of connection and celebration.”

 NetOne’s efforts extend beyond business, as the company integrates acts of generosity into its festive agenda. Through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, NetOne has supported underprivileged families with essential groceries, clothing, and school supplies, ensuring that even the most vulnerable members of society can share in the season’s joy.
